Cancellation Policy
Running late? I get it! However please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule your service, providing it cannot be completed in the remaining time or I can't extend your appointment time. I'm very gracious with this, especially since there are times I'm running behind. Your time is very important to me and I want to make sure we're all in sync. If I do not hear from you after 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a No-Show and you'll be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
Here at Flourish Beauti
the salon we want to do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations within reason. Trust me I understand circumstances do arise without warning. With that being said I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule please do so within 48 hours of your appointment time. In most situations, this allows me the opportunity to fill the appointment time canceled. Appointments that are canceled the same day or less than 24hrs of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the cost of scheduled service to the card on file. If a card isn't on file. The fee must be paid before the next appointment.

Please be advised regarding Luxury Extension Service Appointments, Deposits are non-refundable. In the event, you are needing to reschedule please contact us within 1 Week of your scheduled appointment time. This ensures we have time to fill the appointment.
If your Luxury Extension Appointment isn't rescheduled within 72 hours from your scheduled appointment time you will be charged the full-service amount.
